LSA prepares a formal project scoping documentation that analyses user needs and accesses the relevant 'pain points' and
aspirations. It reviews both the existing and any proposed processes to determine the likely complexities and derive an
appropriate initial solution.
If relevant, LSA can provide proof-of-concept workshops or presentations to offer a technical or solution-driven
approach. Its key personnel are involved from the earliest practical stage, so that IT infrastructure requirements are
available and implementation planning is prepared around 'office for finance' deadlines or 'closed periods'.
LSA produces and agrees a step-by-step project outline that identifies the proposed LSA and/or user company resources as
well as the timeframe and milestones for the installation and testing.
Implementations can be consultant-led, or user-managed with consultancy expertise as required. In all cases, overall
monitoring and delivery most often remains with LSA Solutions. Via segmented work schedules and testing routines, the
project is signed off at various implementation stages, thus ensuring deadlines. Project documentation can be provided
by LSA or created by the user, enabling future amendments.
Following the initial testing, the user company signs off the centralised applications that are created and global
planning and consolidation processes are deployed. LSA makes available out-of-the-box solutions and a number of
'plan-to-perform' blueprints where appropriate, to assist and shorten the overall implementation cycle.
LSA aims for early handover and operation without compromising the project.
